Lake Leschenaultia Photography

I’m  Perth Hills local with my current home putting me not far from the fantastic Lake Leschenaultia. The lake is a great destination to aim for when I go for a cycle after work or on weekends and always shows a different face each visit.

I have a great time capturing many great photographs at Lake Leschenaultia, of the daytime and night variety. During the day there’s spectacular sunset, sunrise and wildlife photography (birds, ducks, dragon flies, etc) and at night it’s a peaceful location from which to photograph the night sky.

My astrophotography at Lake Leschenaultia started back in 2009 and since then I’ve captured hundreds of astro photo’s and also landscape photographs at the lake, including Aurora Australis, the Milky Way, Southern Cross & Pointers, and once-off events such as two partial solar eclipses and conjunctions of Juptier, Veus, Mars and the Moon.

If you would like any photograph prints or to use any of my photographs of Lake Leschenaultia for any purpose please ask and I will be happy to provide what you need.
